If your order is ready for collection at our secure Waterloo pickup point. Follow these simple step-by-step instructions to collect your package quickly and easily from Kennards Self Storage.

Pickup Instructions
When you arrive:
- Guest Parking: There's guest parking just outside the main gate
- Gate Access: If the gate is closed, use the keypad beside the gate to buzz for entry
- Direction: Once through the gate, turn left
- Office Location: The concierge office is the first one on your left past the gate
- Package Collection: Your parcel will be on the outside shelf, clearly labeled with your order details
Operating Hours
- Monday - Friday 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Sunday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
